Brach's 12 Peppermint Candy Canes, 12 Count (Pack of 3)

I was very happy to find these in March! I’ve been making a lot of peppermint bark candy lately and ran out of candy canes. These taste fresh and arrived without any breakage. Happily, they are easily broken into small pieces for the candy.

Prior to buying, I read the reviews with lots saying they received their candy canes broken. I noted the seller was Brach's I hoped my order would be an exception... NOT!!! I ordered three boxes of twelve for a total of 36 candy canes. They were shipped in a fairly, good sized box, but no filler of any kind to protect inside the box. Is it possible they're selling defected product before it's even shipped... Hmmm. Unfortunately, every single one was broken in several pieces!!! They were also rather small in size. Regardless, I kept them as I bought them to eat, so broken pieces weren't a deal breaker. They were fresh tasting and good :) Still, as a consumer we're paying for a quality product. If they know the consumer is going to received them all broken, then they should be selling at a reduced price!!!

I always buy these, because they taste so good and are a great value. Although these come in three boxes, mine arrived in one box. Thirty six candy canes turned into 40! Yay! Extra for me! Each cane is individually wrapped, and only few had broken pieces inside of the wraps. Since they are for me, that's ok, but at Christmas I tape them to a present for an added goody. The size is perfect, kids love them, too.

The taste is great but the price was probably too much. I was disappointed that most of the candy canes were broken… I understand that they need to be wrapped but getting the candy out of the wrapper can be a challenge.

Not just for Christmas.....love these in hot tea or to just nibble on as a treat. Good flavor and size. Love them. Bought the three box pack. Will order again! 😃

I should have known better than to order candy canes in October. These candy canes are so very stale they are a cross between hard and rubbery. And I don't mean hard as in a crisp candy cane. I mean so hard you can hardly break it. And oddly rubbery to try to chew. This brand of candy cane is normally really good, but only if ordered in December when, apparently, new ones are ordered in. These that I got sent for this order have been around since last year, maybe longer.
