Quality could be better
This isn't the greatest, it's isn't a the best on the market, but it is by no means the worst. It's better than the cheaper ones. Sound quality is ok, again not great but not terribly good either. If your looking for something for your home first aid kit this would suffice, if needed for a medical setting it's not good enough.
