Great support, adjustable straps for the perfect fit
I recently developed tendinitis in my elbow and needed a good elbow brace to help support my elbow (and as a reminder to not use my elbow to do anything strenuous). I tried compression sleeves but they were more or less useless. I decided to buy this because of the adjustable straps and removable splints, which can help support your elbow and keep it straight when needed. The brace is pretty comfortable once you adjust the straps to your liking. I've worn it for hours at a time and it doesn't bother me. I like that I can remove the splints if I want some support but need a little bit of flexibility when I need it. Another plus that I've found is I can use an ice pack, squeeze it into the brace and tighten the straps to hold the ice pack into place to ice my elbow. Very hand as I can go about my day using my arm while my elbow ices.

Keeps my left arm straight in my golf swing.
I received this brace today and was surprised on how well made it is and how comfortable it is to wear. I purchased this brace to use playing golf. My left arm quite often breaks down in my golf backswing. I believe this should help me attain better impact on the ball and possibly straighter shots. I have not played a round with it, but have swung a club in the yard with it and it feels very comfortable swinging a club. I play 3 rounds of golf per week, so I will update my review after I have used it for a few rounds and let every one know how durable it is. Other golf straight arm training aids cost twice the price of this brace. Update: I have now played several rounds of golf with this brace and it really works well keeping my left arm straight at the end of my back swing and the start of my down swing, resulting in much better ball striking. I made a slight modification to the 2 metal splints that are in the brace. I placed both metal pieces so they would set across the inside of my elbow, or I should say the crease in my left arm. Very comfortable to wear during a round of 18 holes and wearing it caused no discomfort what so ever. This brace is about half the price of one of the golf training aids sold to solve the same issue. I will purchase another.

No instructions
It was packaged in a zip bag. The quality is great, but there were no instruction on how to use it. I give it 4.5 stars

Max bicep dia it will fit is 15"
My bicep area is 15" and it just barely reached a correct and proper fit... I don't see it fitting anything bigger than that without cutting off circulation to the arm. I think the smallest dia it would fit is 10". Design flaw is those steel bars. They do an adequate job of keeping the arm straight, but the ends of the bars dig in to your arm and become painful after extended periods. If you happen to be a masochist and want to use the pain as a deterrent against trying to bend your arm however you'd be okay. Otherwise, the designer should have had the foresight to include padding on either end of the bars because as a wearer it's only natural to want to bend the arm from time to time. I'm going to be on the lookout for some foam padding I can stuff under there to see if that will help. I have cubital tunnel and decided to triple up on tennis elbow straps during the day and wear this at night. But last night (first night wearing it) I had to take it off after a couple of hours because of those steel bars digging in. Also, good to mention that it does seem to aggravate the condition and cause more pain the first 30 min or so wearing it, but then the pain starts to fade and ultimately almost disappear (as long as you don't bend the arm and get those bars jabbing you). I guess the position it puts the arm in is beneficial but it just takes a certain amount of time in that position before the body starts responding to it.

relieved cubical tunnel pain (ulnar nerve)
I have developed a case of cubital tunnel syndrome and have had no relief from it in the past few weeks while I am waiting to get in with a doctor for surgery. I have tried a few braces, all of them have helped but they didn't help as much as this one has This brace allowed me to use the computer again and do some basic tasks I was unable to do from the severe pain in my elbow/hand. This brace is solid enough to stop me from bending my arm in a bad way AT ALL, which has helped tremendously with being able to do basic things until i get surgery done. Fits great, non irritating, does not slide off, and it's not very noticeable at night. Really like it. It's given me some relief after several weeks of constant nerve pain. If you are having any cubital tunnel/ulnar nerve pains, I would absolutley get this product. I can't say how this helps for tennis elbow and stuff like that, as I don't have those problems, but if you need to keep your arm straight, this is the best brace I've found.

Great immobilizer!
I don’t normally do reviews but this was a great immobilizer! I have bad cubital tunnel and it was flaring up since I started lifting weights again. Lots of pain and discomfort. I decided to get this because it looked small enough that I could wear around the house when not working because it was hurting so bad. This worked better at immobilizing my elbow than the one I got from my doctor. I wear it during the day at home and night. I also have an even smaller compression one I wear at work now and out and about until I can figure out from my doctor if I can finally have the ulnar decompression surgery if I have to do shots first. So far, this has improved my pain and discomfort greatly after 2 days of wearing it almost 90 percent of the time.

Awesome stabilizer for tennis elbow and/or cubital tunnel syndrome
Has worked great for me already when working outside doing yardwork limiting the bending of my elbow and thereby preventing additional injury to my elbow tendons & nerves. Working on a yardwork the last year had starting causing tennis elbow in both elbows, but mostly my dominant right arm. More recently due to usually sleeping on my right side to fall asleep, my right elbow usually fairly went when I sleep, causing additional injury that has turned into cubital tunnel syndrome. This brace has worked great limiting the bending of my elbow, reducing strain & injury to my ulnar nerve. I'm still giving it a 5-rating even though the middle Velcro strap could be a couple inches longer or the same length as the other two velcro straps. I just ordered a 2nd one for backup due to sweating and/or if I temporarily misplace it. I also ordered a BraceAbility cubital tunnel brace for sleeping at night that keeps elbow at 122-degrees to reduce any hyperextension or hypoextension of the ulnar nerve that passes through the cubital tunnel in the elbow, this nerve also known as the "funny bone" when you accidentally bump the elbow.

It definitely will immobilize your elbow.
I found that it works well keeping you from bending your elbow. It's got plenty of ways you can adjust it. I didn't find it comfortable to sleep with so I took it off at night.

Saved my elbow after a heavy gym injury
I severely strained my elbow during a heavy bodybuilding session and could barely move it. This Armstrong America brace has been an absolute lifesaver. The built-in aluminum splint gives incredible stabilization, keeping my elbow locked and protected. The neoprene material is top-notch—very breathable, comfortable, and doesn't make me sweat. It provides great compression that instantly eased my tendonitis pain. If you lift weights and need serious recovery support, this is the one to get. 10/10!
