Splat!: Wile E. Coyote Experiments with States of Matter (Wile E. Coyote, Physical Science Genius)

My kids love these books. We own the entire series. They really make the concepts easy to understand and they are funny.

My first grader can't get enough of these books! Wile E. is entertaining and funny while driving home some pretty serious science lessons. I'll be purchasing more of these. Because some of the words are advanced, I have to read it to him first, but then he reads it over and over again, cracking up laughing. This would be appropriate for older kids too, probably up to grades 3-4.

Fantastic! Very fun introduction to physics for youngsters. Covers lots of info without ever getting dull or boring, mostly because it all comes at the expense of poor Wile E. My boys (5 and 8) love it!

super thin book, just okay. My kids pretty much lost interest in it very soon after it was ordered. Won't be supplementing with the rest in this series.
