The SwissQlip fits any 91mm SAK - supposedly. The Manager is quite a bit shorter than 91mm, so I don't believe it would fit right. This is a pretty burly piece in person, and it's attached to the round o-ring mount via a screw.

Will the SwissQlip work with the Swiss Spirit Limited Edition 2023?

The SwissQlip goes through the keyring on the 91mm sized Victorinox - which should be on the opposite side of the corkscrew or screwdriver. If the Spirit LE is 91mm (if it's 3.6" then it's the right length) then it should fit no problem.
