Birch Xylitol Sweetener - Xylitol Sugar Substitute - 4.75 lb

This xylitol sweetener has a nice taste and is easy to incorporate in my drinks and baking recipes, making it versatile. It has no odor and dissolves well. I used it to bake banana bread and also in granola and they both turn out great. Overall, I’m happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sugar alternative.

Finally Made the Switch - No Going Back I’ll be honest, I was skeptical. I’d tried sugar substitutes before and always ended up back at regular sugar because the taste was just off. Xylitol completely changed that for me. It looks, measures, and tastes almost identical to white sugar. No bitter aftertaste, no weird chemical finish just clean sweetness. I use it in my morning coffee, baking, and even my homemade salad dressings, and it performs the same way sugar does in every application. The health angle is what first got my attention. Xylitol has a significantly lower glycemic index than regular sugar, which means no blood sugar spike and crash. I also appreciated learning it’s actually dentist-approved - it doesn’t feed the bacteria in your mouth the way regular sugar does. That’s a pretty remarkable thing to be able to say about a sweetener. Ordering through Amazon was seamless, the packaging arrived sealed and intact, and the price per ounce is reasonable given the quality. If you’re trying to cut back on refined sugar without suffering through artificially-tasting substitutes, this is genuinely the best option I’ve found. Highly recommend. Quick tip: If you have dogs at home, make sure to keep xylitol stored safely away from them - it’s toxic to pets. Worth adding that note to your own review too, since it’s helpful info for other buyers!

I have used this in baking cookies and sweat bread and in making powdered coffee creamer. It is very good. The taste is just like using cane sugar.

Great quality and taste.

This birch sourced xylitol is excellent for hot & cold beverages, baking & for oral health in DIY toothpaste & for mouth rinsing. I've purchased several brands of xylitol however this one proves superior; especially since it's non-gmo, from birch wood & not corn.

Great flavor, great quality at a reasonable price.

Just a wonderful product. Better than monks fruit or stevia. For flavor and measurements. Delivery was quick and done

This Xylitol pack is an excellent value. The 5-pound bag is a generous size and will last me a very long time. To keep it fresh, I transferred it to an airtight container and taped a couple of food-grade silica gel packs to the lid to help keep moisture out and prevent clumping. That storage method has worked well for me. The Xylitol dissolves easily, which makes it very convenient to use. It also tastes great and has a strong sweetness, so I only need to use a small amount at a time. I primarily use it as a sugar substitute, but I also use it as a mouth rinse to help reduce bacteria in my mouth and support cavity prevention. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, taste, and value of this product and would definitely buy it again.

It’s exactly what I was looking for

It tastes just like Sugar. Very happy with purchase.

It was important to me that I have the xylitol from the Birch tree. This is a superior product and I just put it in my magic bullet or a coffee grinder to grind it up very fine and it then makes a perfect icing sugar that's good for your teeth.... mixed with unsweetened cocoa, you get the magnesium from the cocoa plus the sweetness of sugar ( xylitol) which is actually good for your teeth and gums..... so combined with the fact that this xylitol does not come from corn but is a derivative of the bark from the birch tree.....this is a great way to get nutrition into the tastes amazing who says you can't have your cake and eat it too

Of all the brands that I have tried, this is the best! No aftertaste and it tastes like sugar.

I like it because it sweetens like sugar, it has no aftertaste, and has a low GI.
