Creamy and delicious protein powder
I wanted a chocolate flavored protein powder for when my sweet tooth kicks in and this stuff is so tasty. It blends very well and has a rich and smooth consistency. Although it isn't a meal replacement, it does make a really filling snack. I love mixing it with banana and ice as a dessert after dinner sometimes as well. I also noticed there isn't any after taste to this powder like so many others out there. Highly recommend VEGA to anyone looking for a healthy protein powder that actually tastes good.

Do you like the taste of chalk?
I bought this to replace the Carnation Instant Breakfast my doctor told me to drink. I found out the ingredients aren't the best so I decided to try this one instead. Its not disgusting but far from what I would consider good. The taste is extremely chalky. Extremely! I had to drink it with a straw and even then it was hard to swallow.

Tastes awful!
I bought this because my usual chocolate Kaizen vegan protein powder was out of stock. The taste--and the aftertaste--is like rancid coconut. I know taste is personal, but my husband couldn't stand it either. Also, I shook it as instructed and it was lumpy...maybe better with a blender??

Tasty but hard to digest
I tried this because I had a really good experience with the Vega Protein & Greens Vanilla powder and wanted to try their smoothie blend. I actually really enjoy the taste of the chocolate one but I cannot digest it, I get these pains in my abdomen after ingesting it. This didn't happen with the Vanilla protein and greens powder. It's really disappointing to have to toss it out.

Ok alone, but use more liquid. Great with fruit, but use a few.
I've been using the vanilla vege pro 7 brand for a while and have always wanted to try Vega (but I'm alleric to something in their regular protein mixes) so when I found one I could eat i jumped at it.I bought the Vega Tropical Tango variety, and its... ok. I understand people saying these mixes taste like chalk, it's not that they taste like chalk, it's that the mixing instructions seem like they're way too low on liquid.When using the usual liquid to protein ratio I ended up with a sedimenty mix that tasted a bit too sweet but the flavour was nice. I'd suggest mixing these with fruit and some form of nut milk. Peaches + a banana + almond milk tasted great with tropical tango!
