Main negative is lack of adhesion to panties. Also a bit uncomfortable to wear due to the frills on the side. Purpose of pads should be to catch small drips not a full wee so frills unnecessary!

Cannot be used inside a diaper
Friends is a real good brand for adult diapers. I'm purchasing this for my mom and dont have issues. Unfortunately I had some other brand diapers which were left and wanted to use an insert inside the diapers to increase the capacity. I checked Amazon site for the above inserts and asked Rufus whether it can be used inside a diaper. I was informed it can be used inside the diaper, so bought it. As it turned out, this cannot be used inside the diaper. Hence, my purchase is a waste of money. My one star is for Amazon AI - Rufus and not for the Friends brand.

Lesser absorption than earlier
The quality of the pads was much better in the past with good absorption. The absorption is now much poorer
