Does this lipstick come off when eating?  How often during the day do you need to reapply?

Yes, it is not long lasting. I apply it frequently throughout the day for the gloss center - and the outside gives some color. But it definitely does not last long. One idea - get a longer lasting stain to put on earlier in the day and use this lipstick as a gloss.

Are these products perfumed?  Smell?

Yes!  strongly perfumed.  And definitely doesn't smell like something you'd want in your mouth (like fruit or vanilla or spices).  I won't use for that reason.
