Exactly what I was looking for. Keeps my coffee fresh for longer. The seal stop the smell and looks great. Easy to use. Very sturdy and great quality. Good value for money even though it’s expensive. I would recommend.

If you need to store coffee beans or grounds this is what you need. Keeps the beans really fresh. Sturdy, well made and overall a great bit of kit. Will hold 1kg of beans. It won’t stop the beans ageing but it will keep the air out and that’s half the battle.

I'll start out by saying this will take up more counter space than a 1Kg bag of beans, double-check the measurements and ensure you're happy with something that size. Despite its size it does, however, look really nice and blends in well with my setup. 4/5 stars only because when the unit arrived it was obvious the valve wouldn't seal as it wasn't sitting level in the lid, it was quite easy to disassemble and pop the valve back in properly but as a customer, I shouldn't have to do this on the first use and if I hadn't noticed it I could have potentially ruined a kilo of beans. I recommend if you buy this to put the seal in and lock it in place before adding any beans and then seeing if you can pull the seal out if you can then you might need to adjust the valve position under the handle. It's also easy to understand how so many reviewers have had damaged units, mine arrived just floating in an amazon box without any padding which meant the container could roll around or even be damaged if the box was hit or crushed, this hasn't factored into my review as this is more of an Amazon problem rather than a product issue. Quite pricey but worth it for a container that can store a kilo, most alternatives can only store up to 600g.

Perfect for storing my coffee beans and keeping them fresh.

Great tub. It is a little large to go on the counter top but I keep it in the cupboard under the coffee machine so it's not an issue for me. Air seal works well and the tub easily holds 1kg of coffee (and if you buy fresh roasted coffee from your local speciality coffee shop it's much cheaper buying in higher volumes so this works well for that and is exactly why I bought it). Super easy to clean and overall very pleased with it. I want another one but smaller for my decaf now! If you want to store coffee you should seriously consider one of these.
