Easiest Diet and Lifestyle Change Book to Follow and Use
I bought several books to learn more about carb cycling and this one is THE BEST! I have read and used tons of diet books over the years and get discouraged with diet and fitness books that are too wordy, complicate and long, or the layout doesn't lend itself to quick usage and references. This book is concise, provides the simple science behind this type of diet, and is very easy to follow and well organized. The book includes: how to calculate grams and calories, a weekly carb cycle to follow that includes simple....did I say simple?....quick recipes and foods and a corresponding exercise guide. The carb cycle includes what food to eat for each meal and snack and provides the page number of the recipe so you don't have to hunt for it. Brilliant! Each recipe provides serving sizes, and the fat, fiber, protein and carb grams for tracking. Each day includes when to do cardio, strength or HIIT exercises as well, to maximize fat loss. I read through the book in 1/2 hour and started a spreadsheet to track my food intake to stay organized. I am excited and think this will be a game changer for me because it is so easy to follow.

Book is very informative !! Helpful to this program
Love this book refer to it often.recipes are really nice and help keep my program of carb cycling easy.it explains everything for carb cycling.i keep it on my table so it's handy.

Helpfully book
I'm new to carb cycling, so this book was a great help for me. I'm now eating to live amd this book is very helpful.

Not a lot of help for Carb Cycling
Bought this for a friend who was interested in carb cycling but after getting the book it does have a lot of information up front, not a lot of recipes, and the exercises are for people who have no problem getting up from the floor. Disappointed and returned the book, needs options for exercises for people with knee problems or getting on floor in general and also more recipes other than smoothies.

Good carb cycling book
I really liked this carb cycling book, l am just beginning to look into this type of dieting and this is a good start.

Simplistic and easy to comprehend
I spent the afternoon reading this book as soon as I received it. Although I knew a lot of the information, the way in which this book is laid out is very easy. I was able to take some notes and make some adjustments to my diet and I can’t wait to get started tomorrow. I have the absolute confidence that this is going to be amazing.

A good start for a beginner
I love the recipes towards the end of the book and it helps to give a better understanding of carb cycling. I highlighted a lot of things and look forward to trying these recipes and incorporating them into my meal prep.

Simple. Informative. Easy to understand!
I rated this book a 4 star only because it seemed a bit cookie cutter in regards to my current fitness goals. I believe I can safely say I'm not quite a beginner with either recipes or exercise, but I still found an impressive amount of usable knowledge!I liked how well set up this book was for someone new and interested in changing themselves for the better.I would recommend this to anyone truly interested in changing how they eat and exercise for life.
