This frame back was cheap and unsturdy. I ended up having to buy another frame because there was no way to make this flimsy cardboard hold up the frame I originally purchased it for.

I purchased this back to replace one from a 1970s era metal frame. It had a plastic prop that my mother had repeatedly taped for the last 50 years! This back is very sturdy and fit the frame perfectly! It is doing a great job of holding up the vintage heavy metal frame with no problems. This back is definitely worth the price. I don't think I could've found a metal frame like the one that I have without spending a fortune. The item arrived so quickly that I had to go find the picture frame because I had put it away expecting to have to wait. THANKS!

This is a wonderful thing to find on Amazon if you are in need of one. I had a vintage frame and the easel stand broke on the back of the frame. Picture wouldn't stand anymore. I didn't think they made replacements but came across this on Amazon one day and was delighted to see it. Fit my frame perfectly but it could be cut to fit if it's a little large as it's just heavy cardboard just like the originals.
