Is there 14G circular barbells?

No, there is NONE. Not 1 of them is 14G. Mostly 16,18. I wish I could return it.

What is 14g and what is 16g?

14g and 16g are short for 14 gauge and 16 gauge. Gauge is the thickness of the jewelry. Each piercing has a certain gauge it's done at. Most ear piercings (if done with a gun) are 20 gauge. The bigger the number, the smaller the thickness
