So glad i got this!
My cousin gifted me an old camcorder, but didn't have the charger for it. This charges the battery very well, and im able to record my vintage films.

Two batteries failed, one charges fine??
Welp, mixed results, both chargers work, but two of my three batteries (my BP-819 and 807 packs) have failed. One still works but the Canon XA-10 throws a fit with one, won't show the runtime of the battery, and the other battery doesn't give power at all. I don't know if the batteries are to blame or the chargers since the 809 battery pack works fine.

A good charger replacement for the Canon FS300
The Canon FS300 appears to allow for direct charger plug in or you can remove and charge the battery. This battery charger worked well and has an easy to understand charging indicator light. Red means charging and blue means it is finished.

Doesn't work
Believe the one star ratings. It will not charge a brand new battery. Will be returning
