This salt is a great product to lower your sodium intake and increase your potassium intake and still have great salt flavor for your food. I recommend that nearly everyone should use this salt as a replacement of table salt.

I rarely write reviews unless a product is exceptional- but this one fits the bill. To me it is indistinguishable from table salt IF you use it very sparingly. You absolutely do not need a lot to benefit from a satisfying taste. It's perfect on popcorn. I spray the popcorn with butter spray so the "salt" will stick. I add just enough to get a good flavor., no more. Gives an increased boost to Dash seasoned foods. As someone on a very sodium restricted diet, this product has been a lifesaver.

My Nutritionist approved my purchase because she said it provides potassium, which will help with my diet. It's a great alternative to standard salt, taste like salt even though I don't use much salt if rarely. However when I want a little salt I use this and when baking for lower sodium intake.

Definitely the best salt substitute I’ve ever tasted, but this way to reduce my sodium is just not for me. Were I continue to use this modality I would use this. Hence, my rating of ‘only 4 stars’ hence no 5 star rating from me. The health benefits, ease of use, size & weight of product are all ok. FOR ME: I have decided I live my life healthily and reduce my sodium levels in other ways. IF YOU SEEK A SODIUM SUBSTITUTE, BUY THIS ONE!

I was surprised, it tastes like salt and no after taste

If you love salt but have high blood pressure this salt is for you! Much less sodium than regular salt! I can't taste the diff but others say they can.

This salt is the absolute best! Used Morton’s Light salt for over twenty years and this is even lower in sodium and still tastes like regular salt!!! Love it
