Works good, For People that say "It make me fell Nauseous" You need to take Activated Carbon pills to Absorb the Nasty stuff this help eliminate!

Awesome. I bought these after I read the book by the doctor who designed this probiotic. I had IBS symptoms, the big D, and alot of bloating and gurgling, which I think was SIBO or LIBO, or both. I started taking these and to take Candibactin AR and cinnamon oil. One capsule each day of each of those. I took the antimicrobials in the morning, and the probiotic in the evening. Relief was not immediate, but things gradually got better. Now it's about one month in and I no longer have IBS symptoms and things are getting to be healthy. I stopped taking the cinnamon oil, I'll take it again if I get symptoms. I'll stop the CandiBactin AR in a week or so. I am definitely continuing to take this probiotic likely forever. The doctor who developed it has 40 or so years studying and treating gut issues. His book is great too, Total Gut Balance. Trust me, I have taken alot of other probies, but this one is fantastic. I highly recommend this product.

Best probiotic there is! Always worth the price

I’ve been taking this probiotic daily for several years now. Within one week of starting it, I noticed a huge difference. I rarely break wind or have bloating discomfort. I can eat beans, cruciferous vegetables and other foods that typically cause issues, and I’m able to digest it easily! I’m sure it works differently for everyone, but this probiotic seemed to resolve my IBS symptoms.

I've been taking this probiotic daily for a few months and have seen a big improvement in digestion and overall gut health. Bloating and irregularity are gone, and I feel more energized. The capsule is easy to take. Highly recommend if you're looking for a high-quality, effective probiotic!

Our family loves Biohm! Both of my children have been taking the probiotic for several months and have really noticed a difference in gut health, especially in encouraging regularity and less gut distention. Plan to continue the capsule a day for each. They find it easy for them to take right before bed. I do wish it was a little cheaper though as 30 capsules only last a few weeks for 2 kids.

This is my third or fourth time buying these. I started getting them from the company directly and then switch to Amazon since it’s more practical to ship. I think they work. A lot of my digestive issues have improved. I also have change my diet and overall eating habits, so a combination of all of these things with these supplements May be the key. So I can’t say that this is the only thing that made it work, but I’d like to believe that it did contribute. So I will continue purchasing them.

I have taken 2 (2 days apart, with food) and both days I woke up feeling nauseous, and with a migraine one day and a terrible headache the next day. Amazon will not let me return-Biohm, I am hoping you will make this right and refund me because your product is unusable. I have never experienced side effects from supplements. I would not recommend this item.
