Phone works well the end user likes the large buttons. Ringer tone may be at a different audio frequency since the end user says it's hard to hear compared to her older model.

I have difficult understanding anyone that calls. three times I have entered the speed dial, after a few days the 7 names and phone number are gone. I can't hear the ring tone. Enough, I will take my loss but hope I'm the last victim. Kingbravo

It included the wrong instruction booklet and dead batteries. Operation is erratic and unreliable. If it does not improve I will return it.
