Great stability for post rotator cuff surgery
I had rotator cuff surgery, and after 7 weeks I was cleared to remove my sling. Six weeks into my physical therapy and with the stopping of wearing my sling daily, I had some trouble with new pain from the weight of my arm being unsupported. I was getting pain when bending over, turning my arm certain ways and difficulty with pain when waking up in the mornings. This cleviss shoulder brace provided the exact support my shoulder joint needed during sleep and while doing every day tasks. My shoulder has stopped feeling like it is "popping" when moving and keeps my shoulder in a natural position when sleeping. I am a 46+ chest with about 16 inch biceps, and am pretty broad shouldered. It fits perfectly. I also loved the American flag on the sleeve, the thank you note in the box, and the free American flag draw-string back satchel. Very pleased with purchase and seller. I do recommend trying it on then giving it a good washing due to a slight smell from the neoprene and other materials. Packaging recommends handwashing, but I washed mine in the washer on delicate and dried about 15 min on delicate in the dryer with out harming it. The Velcro isn't the standard hook and loop which wears out quickly as was on my orthopedic brace from the surgeon. This Velcro is built to last. Great design, durability, and strength of material

It Works, but There Are Problems.
I bought the Cleviss shoulder brace to support a rotator cuff injury. I chose this brand because it is the only shoulder brace I could find that was offered in size Small (not S/M). For reference, my chest measurement, above the bust, is 31 inches, I weigh 100 pounds, and the Small fits me well. The problem is, like most garments made for small people, it is not proportioned correctly. The part that reaches down the arm is too short. As a result, it fastens around the thickest part of the arm instead of the narrowest and constantly rides up. It needs to be two inches longer. I have to tug it down frequently to keep pressure on the shoulder. The dye is another problem. I had to buy the pink color because it was the only one available in Small. The pink dye transfers to my clothes. So does the black dye but not as much. It's worse if you perspire. I don't recommend buying a color if you can avoid it. And wash the brace before you wear it. That helps, though it doesn't completely eliminate the bleeding. I place a folded paper towel under the pink patch to protect my clothes. The dye does wash out of my clothes in the laundry…so far. There is a second layer on the brace that is adjustable in two places. It looks like it was intended to secure a hot or cold pack on the shoulder. I don't use it for that, but the two velcro adjustments can be used to increase pressure on the shoulder. I can make the brace tighter this way, which is helpful. The brace works. I don't think my shoulder would have healed to usable condition without it. But the fit on the arm is poor and the dye is a nuisance.

Stabilizes shoulder after partial dislocation
It takes a little adjustment to get the best results, but it definitely helped me. I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so partial dislocation is nothing new. But I was having trouble this time with the shoulder not staying in place, and it was still pretty painful. I knew I would be traveling quite a bit, so I got this brace...I've never needed one for my shoulder before. But once it was adjusted right it worked! For women I found two ways to use it, with each giving slightly different support. You can wear it as pictured, with the chest strap under the arm. Or you can wear between the breasts and under the opposite side of injury. It's easy to switch back and forth during wearing. I wore it day and night for a few days until it stabilized, then only when painful or active.

Little to no support
The brace offered no support. I dislocated my shoulder and needed a brace to get through the day to day. This brace didn't work for me. I knew the shock doctor was a good brace but I picked this one for the better price. I ended up getting the shock doctor shoulder brace anyway. It is a little pricier but sooooooooooo worth it. Night an Day difference. I tried the cheaper option, got what I paid for, ended up getting the one that works for a little more anyway. Save yourself some time and get the better brace from the get go.

Don’t like the fit
This shoulder brace has a sleek design which attracted me to it. But I am really not liking the fit during active sports play and workouts. It just doesn’t stay snug at the shoulder region during activity and almost feels like it is coming off, despite tightening the straps. As long as you are not playing racket sports or working out, and you are a desk person, then it might be Okay for you. Not for active people.
