Good spice level great texture and taste. The quality is good for the money overall would recommend shipping is a little slow though.

Delicious and long expiry date. A bit pricey for the amount in bag but good stuff. Would order again. If you're trying Peru food for the first time, buy golden yellow potatoes or the small potato bags (Walmart) and NOT Idaho potatoes. Big difference. Also, the aji sauce is a creamy tasty sauce as is the rocoto but neither had much heat to them and don't think you could use them in dishes like ceviche. They are all delicious over pasta.

These sauces are AMAZING! The cheese sauce is so perfect on chicken, though I like it with pork belly, too! The yellow chile sauce is SO good added to chupa de camarone! Good in a lot of things. And the red sauce is an excellent addiction to many foods and snacks. Well worth ordering. Trust me.

I received two Huancaina and no crema de aji Tari.

They are very tasty and make meat dishes excellent.

Not only for Peruvian taste, you can add these sauces to your fries, fish, BBQ's or salad. They are very addicted. I am not Peruvian, but I love these sauces. Tari sauce has cheddar cheese, Huancaina has farmers cheese such as mozarella kind, and Rocoto Uchucuta is better than Red Hot Chili Sauce. Try them, you will love them. I made a beet, potato, carrot, green peas salad with some Tari and mince boiled egg I think I invented a new recipe. You can find online many recipes to set in these three sauces.
