Could not right a review as the watch would not boot up. On checking past reviews it was a problem over 6 months ago which no one seemed bother to investigate. The watch is just a generic Chinese model with a fancy new name. The instructions were so small I had to purchase a magnifying glass to read the instructions. Another problem which was never addressed months before. Tried emailing the company several times for advise as to the boot up problem but no reply. Dave your money. Thank you Amazon for getting me a full refund.

Love the watches, my wife and I wear them all the time. Did have a problem with initial setup though. The QR code for Google play was impossible to read so had to download HPLUS app manually but after that plain sailing. What would be amazing with these watches and other watches like these would be if possible to warn the wearer that they have been in contact with someone who has had a positive coronavirus test result.

I would like to warn buyers that there is no ECG function. It does record pulse and BP. Functions ok but if you are buying over other similar devices due to the "ECG" function then please note there is no ECG trace that this device can produce. Also in common with other devices that charge in the way it does the strap is likely to become loose over time

I brought this product for a gift for my father. After a few months, the watch face and sides have all chipped. After speaking with the supplier was told this was due to ‘harsh conditions’ My father, who is housebound with medical issues ( hence a watch for blood pressure/ HR ) has most certainly not been anywhere or used this watch in any harsh conditions. He even took it off to wash up. Would definitely not recommend

It arrived on time but could not use it the instruction were too small, sent it back to Amazon. They had it picked up but it as been in transit now for seven days. The courier seems to be lost. until he finds his way I can't get a refund.

I have had two of these watches now, they will not sync with the app and do not do ecg, I brought this product for my wife who has a heart condition and I am very disappointed in this product, it doesnt do what it says on the tin, waste of money.
