If you need to be alert, zippy zippy then these are for you. I had an event that was going to be at least 20 hours - there little pills keep me fresh., zippy- zippy, and most importantly awake for the entire event. I did wait until feeling sluggish and tired before taking them.They had no taste but I also swallowed mine whole.
