Sturdy, strong product. I ordered after using these at the gym. Reversible, with strength level noted on each. Not the cheapest option available, but I’m Very happy with this purchase because of the excellent quality.

Great bands! After careful consideration I chose these because I wanted them to be the same length but have different resistance. They worked perfect for glute bridges, hip lifts, squats or lunges. I would consider myself advanced but not a bodybuilder, I was able to use the heavy band for most everything and get a good burn. I would recommend to anyone though, beginners can use the light bands. It came with a workout guide and a carrying pouch.

I am SO HAPPY that I ordered these bands to work out with. I only ordered them last month and received it on Aug 25th, ALREADY I'm seeing such an improvement in my body. If you can imagine it and believe in it, the goal will happen. All 3 bands look exactly like its shown in the picture (For those who wonder) and its all in FANTASTIC QUALITY and REALLY strong. I LOVE THESE. I'm loving my new sexy legs showing as they tone more, and same with my arms, back, calves and other areas of my body.

I've been using the traditional thin rubber workout bands for two years. I would often find youtube videos I liked working out to, but would give up on a consistent program due to how annoying the thin bands were. Especially when doing leg/glute workouts, they would roll up on me and become slightly painful to pull against. I wouldn't waste the time to readjust them for every move, so I'd just endure the discomfort. I just received these thick Arena bands and they are worlds better. They are super comfortable, even against my bare legs. I made it through an entire glute workout without them shifting or rolling up. I don't think it's even possible for these to roll up. They have a slightly grippy rubberized interior so that they stay in place. I specifically bought the wider straps for leg workouts. I noticed right away that they are harder to stretch than my former flimsy plastic bands. I used to do this particular workout with the heaviest weight band of my old set and it wasn't much resistance. I naturally thought I'd go straight for the heavy band in the Arena set... it is waay stronger than my old band. I used the lightest band in the Arena set and got a better workout than I was with the heaviest strength band in my old set. I don't think this means that you need to be "advanced" to buy the Arena set. I think it just means my old set was almost useless... it provided very little resistance. I was worried about paying $40+ for bands, thinking it may not be worth it, but I am instantly glad I did. These make my workout quicker (no adjusting needed) and more effective. They are comfortable (working out is already uncomfortable enough without adding in bad equipment, why not make it more comfortable where you can), and I can tell by the construction they will last. Very pleased. Sooo worth it. If you workout regularly you should definitely upgrade to these. And if you don't workout regularly, it might help to have better working, more comfortable equipment. It's definitely motivating to know I'll have a successful workout before I begin.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing these online, and I came across some bad reviews about the quality. I emailed the store to ask them what was up, and they responded very quickly explaining that they indeed had problems with their manufacturer, that it was really unfortunate for them, and ensured me that it has all been sorted. I decided to trust them and went for it, and have been very satisfied with the quality. I love that the bands are all the same size while increasing the tension, and the fabric aspect makes them really comfortable and doesn't tug on my clothes, skin, or little hairs. The grey band (lightest weight) probably gets the most use for me (and the widest stretch range since it's the lightest), and I have definitely noticed a bit of loosening over the months (hence the 4 stars). The others, however, are holding up great. I honestly use the workout guide that's included in the package every single time I use the bands, as a reference or to structure my workout for the day. It's really useful and even has accompanying youtube videos to better show the exercises. The first time I used them I was traveling, and the suggested routines in the book are seriously killer- I was actually sore the next day, which was really unexpected because I'm usually lifting heavy weights for my booty workouts when I'm not traveling. They include a week's worth of workouts for situations where you have access to a gym AND situations where you don't. All around very satisfied!

Actually this product deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent quality and comes in a plastic see through zippered pouch when used as describe you will get instant results, I will definitely recommend this product to any and everyone.

I have been using these at home for strength work - very versatile for so many muscle groups. I’m not a fan of weights…these are compact and the manual a great reference

These are absolutely useless with no stretch. Very tight. All of similar strength. And it's a generic product. Wasted money
