Do these fit 2023 xrt model?

I don’t know if it will fit. My car is a 2021 Hundai Palisade, they fit perfectly and I am really happy with them. I am short and had problems getting out of the car since installing them has been really easy for me.

Picture show exposed screws when the door is open. Do those screws stay exposed? And, does it reduced vehicle ground clearance?

No exposed screws. Perhaps the place that did my install was thorough. No loss of ground clearance. The running boards do a superb job of keeping pavement debris (rocks, gravel, etc) from striking the vehicle sides (doors, etc). The debris hits the underside of the running boards.

Ready to put the running boards on the car but i have no mounting hardware. Any way to get just the hardware?

That's odd. Ours came with mounting hardware. I was fortunate to find a shop that could install them (directions were in Korean).

Will it fit a 2023 Palisade?

Not sure, mine is a 2022, and it fit perfectly
