Waterdrop PT-04C Chubby Water Filter Jug, 3.5L, 3 Months, Wooden Handle

Brilliant water filter and a good large size as I like room temperature water. Would not fit in my fridge door as it’s wide. Filters quickly and water tastes great.

Very highly recommended, filters quickly and the water tastes great. Much more reasonable price than Brita ones too.

I bought this a few weeks ago because I got tired of buying bottled water as it was becoming expensive and I wasn't comfortable with the plastic waste. After looking at several water filters I bought this and am delighted with the look and size. It's too big to fit in my fridge which I already knew and it's not too heavy to lift. It is very easy to fill and filters quite quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but after looking at reviews and tests online I've since learned that it isn't that effective at removing fluoride but I think that applies to most counter top filters. However it comes up trumps at removing all the other nasties in our tap water and the water tastes really good. As long as you are not expecting complete removal of fluoride I would highly recommend it. I would also suggest not ordering replacement cartridges until you have carefully checked the correct size replacement which they say lasts up to 90 days

I what’s sceptical before ordering this job but turns out it is actually a very good filter job because I have gone through many and I’m always worried about spending too much money for this one. I’ve had it for about a few weeks and I can honestly say that the water taste very good. It has a big water capacity of 3.5 L and the problem is it can be a bit heavy to pick it up and it’s filter is very efficient in featuring the actual water. The colour is alright value for money we’ll see how long this filter last because I always go through different brands of filters

If, like me you want to know details about your purchase then read on. This is about the 3.5l Waterdrop filter jug, with the blue insert (not that that changes anything). Some reviews seemingly for this item are clearly not about this 3.5l jug. It is actually a 3.5l capacity and is therefore quite large. Sizes are as follows: H 26cm/11 ¼", D 26cm/10¼", W 13.4cm/5¼", handle: 13.5cm/7 ½" tall by 2.9cm/1 ⅛" diameter. It is very sturdy even when full. It's full weight when filled with water, 3 lemons & 2 limes (sliced) is 4Kg. The clearance between the handle and jug side )(standoff distance) is 3cm/1 ¼". So, even the cubbies of fingers will have no problems gripping it. I have arthritis in my hands and, although heavy when full, I can manage well lifting this from my fridge. Some well thought out placement and (in my case) support for the glass shelf helps greatly with this. I bought this jug as I already have a Waterdrop filtered water fridge tank with tap and wanted to keep my filter replacement as simple as possible. This is achieved by both units using the same filter insert: WD-PF-01A available from Amazon as a single purchase or repeat subscription (as I already have set up). Filtered product has no after taste, no odours and the equipment is easy to rinse out between refills. Filter is a simple soak in water (discard water after use) before using in the jug. The jug has a reminder lcd screen that 'counts' down to replacement of the filter, but I set my calendar to remind me of this anyway, but useful to have. It comes well packaged and, in my case, arrived in it's original box without secondary Amazon additional packaging. Altogether a great buy for my home made lemon/lime drinking water which is good for my type 2 diabetes and way better than buying bottled water with sweetners added.

I have owned a Brita water purifier before, and I have to say that Waterdrop does make the water taste better and cleaner. I'm incredibly happy with the look and the speed at which it filters water. I think that I usually only wait around 30 seconds (not measured) for it to filter, whereas with Brita it took a considerable amount of time. That and Waterdrop looks more aesthetic, in my opinion.

Best one so far - bought this after researching a lot, have been using for more than a year - its great

Super praktisch, versorgen damit eine 5 köpfige Familie die täglich viel trinkt. Das Wasser läuft blitzschnell durch den Filter sodass man nicht lange warten muss bis es trinkbereit ist. Schnell zu reinigen, Material sehr gut, Design toll. Passt ausserdem gut in den Kühlschrank.

Très satisfait de cette cruche filtrante Waterdrop Chubby. Elle améliore nettement le goût de l’eau du robinet, qui devient plus douce et agréable à boire dès la première utilisation. La filtration est efficace, avec une réduction notable du chlore, des odeurs et du fluorure, ce qui se ressent immédiatement. La grande capacité de 3,5 L est très pratique au quotidien, surtout pour une famille. Le filtre inclus a une durée de vie d’environ 90 jours, ce qui limite les remplacements et reste économique. La cruche est sans BPA, solide et bien conçue, avec une prise en main agréable et un remplissage simple. Un excellent produit, efficace, pratique et écologique, qui permet de réduire l’achat de bouteilles en plastique tout en ayant une eau de qualité à la maison. --> Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter.

Le haut de la carafe à tendance à tomber si jamais on vide complètement l'eau. Il faut donc tenir la partie haute blanche. Excepté pour ça, je recommande.
