Vegetable perfection
Tack sharp. Slices carrots without an effort. Chopping onion is fun now. It is a high quality knife.

Great Knife
I love this knife, use it to cut up refrigerated (long roll) dog food. The weight and sharpness makes it a great tool for this. Of course, itโs used for other things, itโs my staple for food prep.

Amazing knife for the price!
I was very skeptical when I purchased this knife because I traditionally spend quite a bit more on a knife but this KNIFE IS AMAZING! Packaging was gorgeous. Itโs weighted extremely well and cuts like a dream. The knife itself is stunning and is very sharp. We have cut just about everything with it and itโs holding the edge very well.Buy it. You wonโt regret it!

Makes cooking a pleasure
In short, this is a great knife for greens and vegetables. After purchasing a high quality chef knife a few years back, I was looking for something more suitable for cutting meat. Since I mostly chop greens and vegetables, my interest turned toward Nakiri knives. While I love my chef knife, this Nakiri knife is noticeably superior for my purposes. Of course it's very sharp, but the impressive part is how diced tomatoes and cucumbers slide off the blade rather than sticking. A less pronounced curve works better chopping greens, and the tall stiff blade really adds to control. I was concerned that the shorter blade would be an issue but the usable length is similar to a longer chef knife and the blunt front should keep me from accidentally stabbing myself. I now find myself finely dicing stuff like shallots and garlic rather than using a food processor because it's so pleasurable (and easier than cleaning the processor!).The box is nice if you're buying this as a gift but it wasn't a factor in my review.

An excellent product
This is a tastefully designed product. It's sharp-very sharp. Well balanced between the blade and handle and honestly exceeded expectations. I will buy again for family and friends! Great job.

Very Satisfied with purchase
Purchased Nakiri knife after reading marketing material but not knowing much about Company. Any apprehension was unwarranted. Knife is just what I wanted. Ergonomically balanced, cuts well and is of very nice quality. Would recommend to those looking for good value under $100.

Initial Impressions vs Reality!
Purchased this knife back in February of this year, 2026. Initially, was very impressed by quality, sharpness, etc. This thing would cut through veggies and meat like butter, with nothing sticking or clinging to the blade sides. Our feelings have changed lately, though, as the blade edge has begun to show signs of nicking/chipping and discoloration(rust?). This knife is ONLY used for vegetables and meats, no bone cutting. When we are finished using it, it is always hand washed and dried. We also only use it on wood cutting boards, usually bamboo or teak, never metal or plastic cutting surfaces of any kind.Very disappointed in this knife. We expected better. We would rate durability as very low, initial use quality very high, post use quality very low, and ease of cleaning very high. While we have other Regalia knives as well, this is the only one exhibiting these problems. Are now looking to replace this Nakiri knife with a different brand. Hopefully, one that will last longer than approximately 4 months!
