Which fuel does the Roccbox use?

The Roccbox uses Propane or Butane gas. It's fitted with a Propane regulator as standard but can be changed. It can't use natural gas. There is a wood-burner attachment (sold separately) which lets you cook using wood, charcoal or briquettes.

How heavy is the Roccbox?

Roccbox weighs 20kg. Thick stone floors, solid steel frames and dense insulation isn't light and that's what makes the Roccbox such a solid, reliable piece of kit. Regardless, it's still very portable with the cover carry strap and retractable legs!

How long does the Roccbox take to heat up?

Your Roccbox should be up to temperature in 20-30 mins using gas. There are a number of factors affecting this, such as: ambient temperature and weather conditions so it does vary. Once up to temperature, you can cook a pizza in just 60 seconds!
