Product description ------------------- Before Chocolate, Our Mission. We want to take Chocolate back to a simpler time to offer a ier chocolate option by using minimal ingredients and an artisanal approach to processing to get the best that the cacao bean has to offer. So what makes our Chocolate so special? - Premium quality Cacao: We use Nacional Arriba cacao from the award-winning Esmeraldas region of Ecuador where some of the finest cacao in the world is grown. Our cacao is conched for almost 20 hours which is twice the usual time, giving it that smoother, richer taste with floral notes from the beans. - Superfoods with tional benefits: Our Chocolate is high in Cacao, a Superfood in itself, and we add tionally dense superfoods for added benefits, chia, turmeric, maca and more. - Natural ingredients: Just pure chocolate and superfoods, made the way it was meant to be. We’ve used the essentials only, nothing to or supplement the flavour. - Lower in sugar, lower GI: Our Chocolate has less than half the sugar of many mainstream milk chocolate brands. We use unrefined natural Coconut Sugar which has a lower GI than refined cane sugar. - & Vegan Certified: Our products are more sustainable for the environment, quality for the customer, and beneficial to the farmers. - Minimal processing: We use small batches which are made freshly in Ecuador as the cacao arrives from the fields. - Ethical and Sustainable: We want to be first and foremost a “Force for Good”.
