DIY Dual Bearing 85mm 2pin Video Card Fan Replacement for Zotac GTX 1050 Ti mini Graphic Card

This is a perfect replacement for a bad fan. My old fan started making these terrible vibrating noise so I installed this unit and it fit perfectly and is very quiet.

Worked flawlessly with my Zotac GTX 1650. No modifications, polarity was correct. Installed in less than 5 minutes. Running smoothly now. 10/10.

1. The power connector pins were the wrong way around thus polarity of supply voltage was backwards and the fan would not spin. Was able to remove the pins from the plastic connector and re-insert in the correct orientation which is shown in the photo. 2. This fan is thicker and has thicker blades (15.2 mm for the hub) than the original (10.9 mm), thus it sticks out of the airflow shroud somewhat (approx 2.8 mm for the hub, approx 1.5 mm for the blades)(see photos). Yes, my table is off-level ;-). 3. Seems to work fine. Somewhat quieter than the original, but can't be sure if that's due to lower rpm, however it does keep the GPU temperature under control as well as the original.

No idea how long this will last, but my video card no longer makes a terrible noise from the fan. I used MSI afterburner utility to crank the fan to full speed and its still pretty darn quiet. Its a perfect fit. Well, you do need to chop off part of the little plastic thing that holds the cord off to the side because its too long. There's also a little rubber plug you'll have to pull out with a pair of needle nose pliers. This is a common sense installation. I don't believe you can botch it up. Buy it and save yourself the money for a new video card.

I have a Zotac GTX 1050 TI card that needed a fan replacement. This fan worked, but I did have to modify it slightly. (1) This fan has a plastic cable management harness for the cable to escape past the fan blades, but my Zotac card's heatsink did not have a channel for this extended tab, instead the wire routed immediately down between the heatsink blades with a foam plug to keep the wire under the heatsink and near the board, away from the fan blades. So I just clipped the plastic harness off so that it would sit in the round depression in the heatsink (2) The length of the wire on replacement fan is significantly longer than the manufacturers, so I had to loop and tie off the wires before connecting it to the board, ensuring it could not flop up into the fan in the future. After these mods, it is working fine.

Worked perfectly on my zotac 1650 single fan gpu!

This reflects a lack of QC. I had the right tools and the experience to extract the crimp connectors from the housing and reinsert in the correct polarity, so I got it to work. But I really should not have to fix it when it was a simple matter to catch in quality control.

Had to snap off the extra little plastic part that the wires ran through, other than that, this fan was a direct replacement, and was easy to replace. My GPU is now running up to 30 degrees cooler than the last fan was keeping it at, Thank you Very Much!!!

works for single fan (2pin) HP OEM GTX 1650. Temps without a working fan were over 90c, with a working fan 70c while gaming. Idle it hovers around 40c

Sehr guter Lüfter, besser und v.a. leiser als der Original-Lüfter auf meiner Geforce 1050 Ti.

This is used as a replacement for Acer pc graphic card faulty fan. Fit very well and worked properly.
