Comparing to fresh in Jamaica
My son brought home this coffee when he was in Jamaica. It is the finest coffee I have ever tasted by far. I don't know how fresh this package was but I was not pleased with its flavor compared to my first experience.

Delicious
Fast delivery and taste delicious. It's a smaller bag & expensive so it's not something you'd waste. It was fresh and packaged the same as the coffee I bought in Jamaica.

Worst tasting "blue mountain" coffee ever
I expected pure Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, which is supposed to be the best in the world. I've bought many blue mountain coffee before and love the taste, which is why I bought it. However, this was NOT what I expected. It tasted basically like CRAP. Worst tasting coffee ever. If it is really blue mountain coffee it must be from the discarded beans used by the real coffee sold by the real blue mountain coffee makers. A waste of my $57.

I don't drink coffee but
Turns out, due to heart problems the birthday girl was advised not to drink anything but decaf. However, I brought her back some, the last time I was in Jamacia and she raved about the "get up & go" she got from the Jamaican coffee. I don't drink coffee but I'm sure it's delicious. My only negative response is, WOW, it sure is expensive.
