I ordered this for my trip and the tag held up nicely after many luggage transfers. One draw back was the plastic cover came out. I wish it was permanent.

This Shacke Medical Equipment Luggage Tag for Respiratory Devices (White/Vertical) - White with Red lettering works well to indicate a medical equipment bag when coming through TSA check points. It was purchased for an air travel trip to Puerto Rico from Florida and served it's purpose well. Because it has only done one trip, I cant' speak to long term durability but the quality is high and I expect it to last for years given it's on a carry on bag rather than a checked bag. However, this is made as well or better than many tags I have used on checked bags for professional and SCUBA related travel. Durable and easy to see when traveling especially in airports

Thick and sturdy. Fit a business card with no issue and seems well made. I attached this to a CPAP case for ease of identification for US flights.

I haven't gone on the trip I purchased this for yet, but the tag itself is thick and sturdy. The window for the contact information stays snug. The provided card is glossy on one side with instructions on if the bag is lost written in 5 different languages(English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch). The other side of the card where you write your contact information is matte and easy to write in pen. The strap is flexible and has grooves that seem like it would hold sturdily once in place, and is thin enough for easy manipulation but doesn't seem like it would be too thin. The red insignia on the white is neat and prominent, and doesn't appear like it would rub off easily. Overall, I feel like this will be perfect to identify my toddler daughter's medical equipment sufficiently to help protect it from rough handling while it is checked in. Update: Went on the trip, and it held up splendidly! Looks new still and still firmly in place.
