I couldn't find any HP original replacement battery for my laptop, but this battery was a very good fix to my problem. Easy to fit (make sure it is the correct one for your laptop by making sure it's either listed as a compatible model or your current battery has same part code, and compare the image with your current battery) and have had for a few months and works as good as when my hp original battery was new. I did read in some reviews about the battery expanding for some users, I didn't have a problem but would still say it would be a good idea to open the laptop up and check it every so often.

Arrived a day early, perfect condition, with handy screwdrivers included. Bought for my HP Pavilion 14-bp0xx. Watched a YouTube video on how to remove the back cover. Took 10 minutes to fit. Working well. Extended the life of my laptop which is better news for the planet.

3 Months of use and its completely dead and cant hold a charge. Waste of money

Quality is good and performance is ok

I was a bit dubious about buying this but I thought I'd take a punt. It was cheaper than most others online, not quite the cheapest but delivery leadtime was great (next day). I'd never installed a new battery before but I'm quite practical so thought I'd save myself the expense and hassle of going to a repair shop. At first I couldn't remove the laptop back panel but did a bit of research on youtube and solved that easily. Battery was easy to fit - so easy I doubted it could be that simple and maybe I hadn't installed correctly. I was very happy when I found I had, in fact, done it right. I ran a diagnostic tool on the HP site (my laptop is an HP, you'll need to check out your manufacturer) and it told me I needed to calibrate. I tried this several times and can't get it to finalise. Either it's not calibrated and, in time, I'll need another battery OR it's HPs way of trying to stop ppl buying nonHP branded parts. (I tried to purchase battery direct from HP but they no longer sell it - so I had little choice but to go 'off-piste') Either way, it works perfectly for now and I'm totally happy at having saved myself money - and very proud of fixing the issue myself.

Installed in minutes, had plenty of power in. To correctly calibrate I had to charge then use, charge again. This battery has lasted longer than the original from HP, I am impressed. I am an IT consultant and PC design and builder, this battery has impressed me more than the ones I have purchased direct from official suppliers. The battery has lasted all day, only had it a few days but so far it's great.

I ordered the battery to replace the original model and I received the battery (battery 1) which worked for a while, but after a few days it stopped working and never charged more than 0%. If I unplugged my laptop it would power off. I talked to the suppliers about the warranty (8 months I think) and after a few tests they asked me to do to try and fix the issue, they sent me a new battery (battery 2), because the issue persisted. With the 2nd battery everything worked perfect. As if it where the original. I have tried it already for around a month. I believe the problem with the first battery is that it was damaged from the back. Overall I would recommend the purchase: product is good and the customer service is very good.

Parfait, la batterie correspond à mes attentes, à voir dans le temps Bien entendu, il faut bien respecter la décharge et la recharge de la batterie afin d'améliorer et d'optimiser sa longévité ne pas faire de décharge profonde et éviter de laisser charger en permanence...
