Tighten the gland
Perfect. To everyone having trouble with the tap: tighten the gland with a pair of grips to secure the seal. Worked for me 👍

Do not wash in hot water it will crack.
The items was in seemingly great oder until I washed it for first time use. I used hot water to sterilise it and it cracked I never got to use it even once. So I have ordered two more noting now that i shall have to was in cold water or warm only and ive contacted customer service. Though she just gave me an email to write to.?? Will update .

Great brand and design let down by cheap components
Love the design and the idea of it. Sadly (for this is a household name brand) the reality has been a real disappointment. It took exactly one week of light use before the (plastic) tap broke. I messaged customer services but alas no reply yet, so I can't even say they redeemed the situation.

Perfect for the job
This is a lightweight glass jug. A tad thin but secure enough. No the lid does not lock on but sits on the top - but this means you can turn on the tap and water flows smoothly. A different type with a secure lid means you have to unlock the lid to get the water to flow due to the vacumn. I would always prefer a metal spigot - and would pay a little extra for that option - but this seems fairly secure for the first week and no leaks - for the price - it seems sound.

Cheap, low quality plastic tap, not stainless steal
It does not come with a high-grade stainless steel, leak proof tap as stated in the photos but with a cheap plastic one instead, beware. Dissapointed... Edit: changing it from 1 to 3 stars because I have been compensated for the tap

The spout is cheap plastic and I do not trust it to fully close so I can’t put it in my refrigerator as it is intended.

Arrivée cassée dommage
Après une première livraison qui est arrivée cassée la deuxième à suivi très rapidement et est arrivée intacte. Très belle bonbonne à eau, du beau matériel ! Le robinet fonctionne bien avec un bon débit du faite de la hauteur de la bonbonne. Belle objet de déco. Emballage trop léger pour du verre. Nous sommes très satisfait de cet achat.

Great Product!
Inwas able to surprise my daughter with this as her had broke and she could never find a replacement she liked. She absolutely LOVES THIS one and get s9 many compliments on it.
