My Refrigerator stopped working. How can I return it or get a refund.

My Flawless mini fridge stopped working at just about 14 months. It would still cool but the fan made such a loud noise it kept us awake at night. I really love this fridge for my makeup and hair products, but it just isn't usable right now. I've see where others have had theirs replaced at no cost. Is this a possibility?
