Textured Granite, Krylon Fusion All-In-One

This paint worked well on a recent outdoor project. I was very satisfied

The Krylon Fusion All-In-One Adhesive Spray Paint for Indoor/Outdoor was applied to a galvanized metal surface which adhered to it perfectly. The color was perfect but it did take two coats to cover the surface adequately.

This is a very deep black paint. It says textured on the can but i did not see a lot of texture in the dried finish.

I can't recommend this product. I lightly sprayed one side of a drawer handle. I intended to spray lightly multiple times as instructed. Then I allowed the sprayed side of the handle time to dry. Again, as instructed. Once dry, I flipped it over to paint the other side. Alas, the sprayer wouldn't spray anymore. Now I have a useless handle and a useless spray can. Of course they won't accept returns. I think they should issue me a refund and replace the drawer handle, which is no longer usable. I can't even spray the handle back to black to make it useful again because of the sandy texture of the painted side. Sooo...no. I do not recommend this product for any use whatsoever.

Perfect match to textured powder coated products. Blends in with powder coating.

There is not much paint in these cans. It covers much less than you think it will. Good for small items only. Results are decent, but inconsistent can to can. Same materials, same base coat, slightly different shades. Had I not needed multiple cans, this might not have been an issue.

This review is for the textured granite finish. I had some fake fiberglass rocks which had faded to a bright white so I needed to repaint them with an outdoor paint that could mimic stone. Although this Krylon product was announced about a year ago, it took a while to become available. Not knowing the coverage, I started with one can. The spray nozzle was quite stiff and the spray pattern was quite narrow: about 2" in diameter at 1 foot. The recommended back and forth spraying technique could not achieve a uniform coat. It was better to move the can very quickly with a circular wrist motion. The hiding power was surprisingly weak. The larger can barely covered the larger rock in the picture, and there was still a lot of show through. I ended up using 4 more cans to do the 4 rocks that I had. The texture of the dry paint is very rough and feels and looks like real stone. The color has a slight bluish-green tint compared to neutral gray. If the brown colored textured paint becomes available, some very realistic rock finishes may be possible.

Krylon FUSION is just good paint, period. Covers well. Good product. Will continue to use until it gets too expensive. About there now.

Great paint. Flat brown sand color . Used for weathering model trucks.
