Very good multivitamin
I switched from Rainbow Light Men's One and started taking this multivitamin a month ago. I decided to move to this multivitamin because its highly regarded and more bioavailable. Life Force Multiple was rated #5 out of 101 by one study: [...]. When choosing a multivitamin I think its really important that the vitamin and minerals come in good forms. From what I've read, this multivitamin has the best forms and uses multiple forms for many of the vitamins. Since taking this, I've felt a more positive mood and have been more focused at work. Having said that, there are a few things I don't like about this multivitamin. Vitamin K is not listed in the label and so I do not think it is included in this multivitamin. Vitamin D is kind of low at only 400IU, which is bad for me because my vitamin D levels came back really low and barely within range even though I had been taking Men's One that has 800IU everyday. So I have been taking Twin Lab D3 plus K2 dots along with this product. This Vitamin has green tea extract, which can be up to 10% caffeine so one serving can have a max of 7.5mg caffeine. Because of the caffeine and B vitamins, I would say that this multivitamin is not good to take before bed. I really like this multivitamin and plan on either sticking with this or moving to the regular Life Force Multiple No Iron tablets. I have a hard time justifying buying these when there isn't too much more added and it is so much more expensive. Its ~$17 per month for these and only ~$11 per month for regular Life Force Multiple No Iron tablets if you take 1 serving per day. For the extra $6 a month you get 200mg of saw palmetto, 150mg of ashwagandha, 100mg of damiana, 100mg of Asian ginseng root extract, 75mg of Swedish Flower Pollen Extract, 60mg of bromelain, 60mg of stinging nettle root, 50mg of pygeum bark, 50mg of wasabi rhizome, 50mg of oat straw aerial parts, and 25mg pumpkin seed extract.

Probably one of the best mulch-vitamins on the market
Probably one of the best mulch-vitamins on the market. I have been taking regular and Men's Life Force Vitamins for over 2 years and have felt great, seen significant improvement in my health, along with dietary changes. I would recommend anyone curious about the Source Naturals Multivitamins to go to their website and download the PDF on the original and they have separate PDF on the Men's and Women's. Very informational. One important thing: they are supplements. They don't take the place of well balanced diet. In the PDF it states that the vitamins are fat and water soluble. Meaning, you should take them with a big glass of water and a meal containing some healthy fats to distribute the nutrients to where they need to go. Pretty basic, but get your moneys worth.

Really a great vitamin, probably the best, but a few pitfalls
I read about this vitamin after doing some research and came to the conclusion that overall, it tends to have the best sources/types of vitamins (e.g., tocotrienol complex where others simply have old cheap crappy worthless tocopherol vitamin E). I must say, after taking it just a couple of days, it is the only vitamin where I truly can say I felt better, and felt a difference, from taking it. The Ginko and adaptogenic herbs may responsible for some of that quick feeling, to be fair, but still, this is a high quality vitamin profile; worlds apart from Centrum etc. That said, after taking it for nearly a week, I have just a few complaints... The tablets are really large. I take plenty of supplements, etc, and usually have no problem with "horse pills", but these are seriously pushing it. It wouldn't be so bad if not for issue #2: these vitamins are beginning to upset my stomach. Having to take 6 per day is quite a lot of stomach room for these giant vitamins; thus it would be nice if they were scored so they could be more easily broken in half which might help with stomach/GI upset. Lastly, I have noticed I'm not sleeping quite as well. I started off taking half (3) in the morning, and 3 in the early evening after workouts, and just recently changed to 3 in the morning and 3 in the early afternoon. I believe this will help the sleep issue, but it doesn't help the stomach upset issue. These things are somewhat par for the course, but whatever you do, drink plenty of water and eat plenty of food when you take these; they are a bit rough on the stomach (but still great vitamins).

I can feel it!
Ok first I want to disclose that I haven't taken a multivitamin on a regular basis since I was a child. So this review is more about this specific vitamin's influence on my life versus a comparison to other vitamins on the market. So . . . I decided at 30 that I should probably start taking care of myself and decided to do some research on vitamins. Using independent lab reviews on effectiveness and quality of ingredients, ratings from multiple online vitamin shops and of course Amazon's customer reviews I decided to give these a shot. I can honestly say that I never feel a difference when I started to take these. After a week, I thought I felt a little more energized but I chalked that up to placebo effect and/or other changes I made in my life (diet/exercise). I wasn't expecting any measurable difference in my day to day feeling, but I was pleased that I wasn't suffering from any side effects with stomach issues and whatnot, like my coworker was complaining about his. Still, I was thinking about trying a different brand when I finished these up, just so I had a comparison. However it all changed the week I ran out and never chose my new brand. THAT'S when it hit me, without a doubt I felt the difference. The first day I felt a little groggy, the second day I felt an all to familiar feeling . . . the same lazy unmotivated feeling I had before I started my vitamin regime. It was ease for me to see, I was still hitting the gym and following a good diet, I just didn't have the same energy level and vitality that I had a week earlier. I wanted to play with my kids but after my long laboring day at work, I felt drained and resorted to my old ways of just letting them jump on daddy! That was the point when I realized just how much these vitamins work for me. Thanks to amazon prime, I had a new bottle back in my hands the next day for an extra 3-4 bucks (well worth it in my case) and I haven't looked back. I still toy with the idea of trying another brand just for comparison, but because of the great price and the difference I feel day to day - I'm on my 4th bottle and into my 7th month of taking these and I don't see my choice changing. Everyone's body's different and I'm sure my experience may differ from others but I hope this helps anyone who's thinking about giving these a go.

No noticeable benefits, strange results
I'm health conscious but I'm not a health nut. I never go to the doctor and don't regularly monitor any of my biometrics. I purchased this product while researching for a healthy, natural and/or organic daily multivitamin to simply use as an everyday health supplement, nothing more. With all that said, I've been taking these for at least a month or two now and have not encountered any discernible benefits over the much cheaper Target-brand daily multi's I was taking prior. These Source Naturals pills are very large and have a foul odor and taste. While I was not seeking an energy boost from them, I know that others do, so it's worth mentioning that they've given me no noticeable increase in energy. Finally, within a few hours of taking one of these, my urine is consistently a bright neon yellow. I'm not an expert, but my guess would be that would indicate an excess of some ingredient or something my body's recognizing as a toxin and expelling. Either way, it's unsettling. With all that said, given all the great reviews along with the company's reputation, I'm sure there's some redeemable health qualities about these multivitamins for certain people, in certain cases. They weren't for me. And at $35 a pop (currently--or $71 retail) I could never justify buying these again. If you're looking for just an average daily multivitamin, there's cheaper and equally effective options on the market than this. Update: Be sure to read the comments on this review for more information about the possible excess intake of Vitamin B2 that results when you take these vitamins. It's worth considering before making a decision. Ultimately, a healthy diet is a better alternative to any multivitamin solution.

Prefer this over Opti-Men
I used to use Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition for a while as it was a fairly thorough multi-vitamin for men, but looking at some of the ingredients, I wondered if I couldn't find something else that made more efficient use of 3 horse pills daily - for example, Opti-Men includes spinach in its multi-vitamin...something you're likely to get in a far more useful quantity in your diet rather than in a minuscule amount in the pills. Men's Life Force Multiple has a lot of really great things for Men that they're not likely to get in other multi-vitamins like Swedish Flower Pollen, Pygeum, Wasabi Rhizome, Pumpkin Seed Extract, Bromelain, Quercetin, Cordyceps & Turmeric. The pills are quite big, but I don't have an issue swallowing them, and I can take them on an empty stomach without discomfort, unlike a multi like Centrum.
