Worked fine to replace mine in my fireplace.

Saved us $100’s…
This got our fire working again along with the thermocoupler, took my husband less than 30 mins to install and put fire back together! Saved us $100’s on call out and parts. Thanks Amazon!

Replace both thermocouple and thermopile at the same time
Part matched perfectly. Pilot light wouldn't stay lit, so had to replace the thermocouple, and took the online advice of others to replace the thermopile at the same time (hey, you already have it a part). I recommend doing the same if you have the time. After installing both parts the fireplace fired right up!

saved me hundreds!!
I almost paid someone to come out and work on our fireplace and it would have been hundreds , instead fixed in minutes and works great!

Time will tell
This is the second time I've bought one of these. The last one lasted one year. Completely insufficient to wear out that quickly. If this one lasts longer maybe I can come back and apologize for a lower rating.

It really cured my problems with my fireplace at a fraction of the cost from my local dealer.

Did not work for my Heat n Glo unit
This thermopile initially appeared to work, but the fireplace would start and run for an hour or 2, and then would just shut off. Had to call the repairman. He found that this thermopile did not provide enough current to keep the system working, and would randomly shut off. Expensive repair!

Fixed sporadic flame out issue
Easy to install and fixed the issue of the fireplace randomly shutting off.

It worked!
It worked to fix a 25 + Fire Place. Local fireplace company said it couldn’t be fixed, but my husband fixed it, so much for what the “specialist” say…
