Lots of great recipes with good explanations and background information.

Gave this to a friend for a Christmas gift and I was happy with it. It explained when different types of beans should be used, talked about different ways to brew coffee and espresso, and had a wide variety of recipes, some simple others more involved.

I like that the book is small and spiral bound. Easy to read and understand directions. Lots of different recipes with definitions and descriptions of different types of coffee drinks. Bought for myself but I believe it would make a nice gift.

Bought for my son to go with the Nespresso machine and fun coffee bar accessories that we gifted him for his birthday. Lots of recipes and in depth coffeeand espresso brewing information. He has already tried a could of the recipes and likes the book.

Decent book. It is organized well and the hints and ideas like making your own chocolate are fun. I just feel I could find everything online so really didn’t need it. But if you are on the fence buy it. You won’t regret that.

I perused the book as you usually tend to do with a new cookbook. And from what I read, I feel very excited to try a lot of the drinks. The listings appear to be quite easy and straightforward, only a few ingredients and steps to execute. Doesn’t look to difficult at all. Can’t wait!!

Der anvisierte Markt für dieses Buch sind wohl die USA, Liberia und Myanmar, da nur noch in diesen Ländern das veraltete System der Imperial Units verwendet wird. Wer keine Lust hat, alle Maßangaben in SI-Einheiten umzurechnen, wird mit diesem Buch keine Freude haben. Andere Bücher amerikanischer Autoren zeigen, dass es kein Problem ist, die Maßangaben parallel auch im (weltweit gebräuchlichen) SI-System anzugeben.
