Is this cream fragrance-free?

It’s not indicated that it’s fragrance free. However, I notice no odor when using it.

Does this help double chin?

I don't think so. It does tighten loose skin around the neck I've used it on the back of my hands and puppet lines on my face and it works well so it may help a double chin a bit, but probably not to the extent you may desire.

Does it help vertical lines?
