Le Terre di Colombo – 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Tin - 3 L

This is a really good quality extra-virgin olive oil. I was buying supermarket branded products which got ever more expensive and then realised I could get a better value product if I bought in bulk. For me, this is it. I make a lot of bean and feta salads, for which this oil is perfect, as well as drizzling over bread and other salads. For me, it is slightly peppery without being too over-powering, which is just how I like it.

I've recently started using Terre di Colombo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Very good product but pricey.

I used to buy 1ltr bottles from my local supermarket but noticed the price creeping up unreasonably and it wasn't even a particularly premium brand. So I thought about finding a more premium product in a bulk form which would work out the same price but better product and this is it. A very smooth slightly nutty taste, rich and flavourful. A full recommendation. Price quality and flavour.

I love this oil. Its pure. Tastes wonderful. In the cold it goes thick - a sign of its purity. I will definitely buy again.

Ich nutze das Le Terre di Colombo Olivenöl jetzt seit einigen Wochen in meiner Küche und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es kommt in einer praktischen 3-Liter-Dose, die sich gut lagern lässt, und das Öl riecht angenehm frisch, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Geschmacklich ist es rund und mild, perfekt für Salate, Pasta oder einfach auf frisches Brot. Beim Kochen verändert sich das Aroma kaum, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Es schmeckt frisch, ohne bitter zu wirken – genau das, was ich von einem guten Alltagsöl erwarte. Die Verarbeitung und Herkunft wirken solide: 100 % italienisches Olivenöl, ohne Zusätze. Das merkt man am Geschmack, der klar und unverfälscht ist. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Für sehr feine Degustation oder besondere Gerichte würde ich vielleicht ein etwas aromatischeres Öl wählen, für den täglichen Gebrauch ist dieses Öl aber top. Alles in allem ein solides Olivenöl, das im Alltag zuverlässig seinen Dienst tut. Preis-Leistung stimmt, und ich werde die Dose auf jeden Fall aufbrauchen.

C'est la deuxième fois que j'achète cette huile d'olive. J'apprécie son goût neutre mais riche, sans être trop épicé.
