This is the NICEST pan! Heats and cooks evenly, and it is true non stick- food slides out and clean up is a breeze. Even though it is large, its not super heavy, and I love the glass lid.

I am a senior and this is the best pan I have ever owned by far. The construction feels heavy duty and handles are securely mounted. The pan is very conductive and requires a lower heat setting than older nonstick pans I have used. Cooks evenly across the entire surface and very nonstick - I have actually used with no oil or butter, and cleanup is amazingly fast. After more than 6 months of use it shows now signs of wear. This has become my "go to" pan that I now use almost on a daily basis for just about anything. While obviously this is not the lowest cost pan available for its size you get what you pay for and this one is quality. Someday I hope to own an entire matching set of this style.

I made a birds eye voila and it turned out wonderful in this. Every inch of it had part of the food so it cooked perfectly. Nothing stuck to it. The heat level was perfect. I have a small sink with a low faucet. So it is a little tricky to wash. But I have learned to manage.

Good quality pans and pots from t-fal. I use this one alond with another set and they have been holding up pretty well for about 6 months. They are still non stick and easy to clean.

I pan fried steaks and they came out delicious with a nice brown sear , BUT the red dot never changed color so I’m a little annoyed. I also bought the ten inch frying pan same problem.I have a gas stove and tested it for 4 minutes on med high heat and no change in the red dot. I don’t need it but thought it was a nice feature if it worked. I’m not returning and waiting for new pans, regardless they’re pretty awesome.

Great all purpose pan. I use it all the time. Easy to clean and heats food quickly and easily.

Great!! Just ordered one for my second home. Large, can be used for anything. Non stick has held up great. Love the second handle as it makes it easy to pick up and move when it is full/heavy.
