Good tent serving its purpose.
Purchased a tan 10x10 with sides to socialize safely during covid in the Pacific Northwest. Works great and has allowed us to create an outdoor room. Love the roll up windows and tie backs on two sides. Allows for plenty of airflow. The weak points: too big for me put up by myself as I’m barely 5’0. Secure the tops of the sides before you lengthen the legs all the way. Velcro ties for the sides could be improved. The Velcro is barely long enough to get around the tent legs so the wind sometimes blows them undone. The wind has ripped the lowest ties off on two sides. We’ll be happy if it survives the winter on the patio. We will be putting in grommets at the tie spots on the walls so we can secure them better. The ties backs for the two sides that zip open could be longer so it doesn’t put tension in the Velcro holding the wall up. Zippers - no zipper stops at the tops of all the zippers so they separate and a bugger to get back together. All in all we’re happy with our purchase and it’s serving its purpose nicely.

Not worth it in any capacity; extremely disappointing product.
The best part about it is the frame is made of metal, but it goes down from there. The frame does not pop up it’s actually quite difficult to do without damaging it. The joints are weak and if you adjust one leg the whole thing twists like it will break even on the first use. Overall, the stitching is very poor with lots of loose hanging threads. The walls are the absolute worst. There are not enough Velcro tabs to securely hold up the walls without it falling and letting in sun and rain, and what Velcro was there was not lined up correctly creating these Hugh openings. There are no loops on the bottom of the walls to stake down, so when the wind blows the walls billow inward stealing your space and again potentially allowing rain in. The windows are upside down and and only zip closed on 2 sides, while the top is stitched and bottom is completely open, so when the walls billow in it will certainly allow rain in through windows. Now we didn’t use it in the rain yet and at this point, so I did not rate that at all, buy I have zero confidence that it would even be worth a try. We will try like hell to return for a complete refund, but if we must keep it, it will need extensive modifications. Thankfully my wife is great with a sewing Machine. We are extremely disappointed in the product.

Great tent! Amazing customer service
If you are deciding to buy a canopy tent, stop looking, this is the one! Easy set up and quality product. If that’s not enough, the customer service alone would give me reason to buy again from this company. The clip on the bag broke and they were quick with reply and sending out a replacement bag. Well done!

Update: Seller issued a refund
After posting my review the seller contacted me. There was an exchange of several emails and they asked for photographs of damaged tent. Eventually, they offered a replacement or refund. I chose refund as replacement wouldn't work for me. I am changing my review to 4 stars. I have had the tent for about 4 months and it was outside the return window. Seller did not have to give me a refund and I did not expect it. Since they stand by their product and did their best to address my concerns, I am giving them higher rating. I hope that their manufacturer will change fabric at least for the top of the canopy so that it is not both water resistant and stretchy. Original review: This is an extremely flimsy tent. It took some effort to assemble. Worst part is the fabric. It is waterproof, but extremely stretchy. When it rains, water pools on the top of the canopy and stretches it. The more it rains the more it stretches and the larger the weight of water that accumulates on the top. I noticed the problem right away and kept getting the water out and using clips to stretch the fabric to prevent water pooling. Problem is that even if a small pool forms and you don't watch it, it will quickly grow as water has nowhere to drain. In my case after having it for four months, there was heavy rain (no storm) while I was at work. When I came back, everything had collapsed, fabric was torn and metal frame was broken. Now I have a lot of junk to dispose off. Complete waste of money.

Adequate, but you get what you pay for
I was a bit suspicious when loose springs and plastic buttons fell out when I first opened the bag. They're the plastic buttons for pressing the upper locking buttons - supposed to be a friction fit to stay on the actual lock buttons, but they had all fallen off in shipping, and they're such a loose fit, the spring pops them loose if you let the button spring back out. Fortunately, they're also not necessary, the steel pins can be pressed without the plastic buttons. The leg height adjusters aren't the sleek buttons shown in the listing photos, but they seem to work well enough, and the legs themselves are definitely heftier than some cheaper competitors. The side panels attach to the legs, but not to each other, so expect some gaps at the corners. I expect I'll add some KAM snaps on the corners to close up the gaps. The zippered entry panels are sewn closed out of the box. Just a few threads, but have something handy to cut them with the first time you put them on. The zippered entry panels don't have velcro directly above the zipper, so the panel will pull down a bit when you zip it, but it's a light enough zipper that I don't expect much wear to the velcro on either side. Overall, good value for the money, you know you're not buying the best canopy out there, but it sets up easily and looks like it should be reasonably durable. The included tent pegs for guy lines are cheap, light, and too short to provide much grip on turf, but that's true of most brands. The carrying bag has a large enough exterior pouch to hold quality foot-long steel pegs. Speaking of the carrying bag, don't try to carry it by the sewn-on handle strap on the end of the bag - unlike the other handle straps, it has no reinforcement and can't handle the weight of the canopy even once. Use the straps that run around the bag and are sewn to webbing instead of just the bag.
