I’ve made my own soap and laundry detergent for years, but this soap makes my life easier. I even use it as a shampoo! A huge plus is it’s longevity; the big bar lasts and lasts and lasts.

I have been using Aleppo soap over 5 years. This product is very good quality.

I'm very confused about this soap right now. I have been using it for my hair and body. It leaves my hair squeaky which I don't entirely dislike. I read your suppose to rinse with apple cider vinegar if using for hair but I don't have time for that! It's brought out some natural curls for me which is assuring letting me know it's probably getting moisturized. I do love how it feels on my skin leaving it feeling clean and squeaky without the dryness and itchiness like storebrand's do BUT the smell... I don't know how long I can keep up with the smell. The scent automatically reminds me off a petting zoo and the smell of money. Yeah. I'm weighing the pros and cons right now because before going to bed and finally settling in for my sleep to relax, I find myself thinking with a foul face "What is that smell? Smells like poop." Oh yeah, it's my new pet zoo fragrant soap. -_- Decisions, decisions. I'll definitely finish it the best I can because I do see benefits but I may look for alternatives once it's gone. For now, I'll try to mask the smell with skin care products and hair products.

* we purchased this product on our own and this is not a paid review nor did we recieve this product for a review* My husband bought this soap after watching a video on how it was made and was super excited to try it.. However he smelt like some form of diesel fuel in my opinion after his shower so much so that it caused me to tell him that he smelled chemically. The bar of soap is still sitting in our shower and I've noticed that he has not been using it!

This block was way bigger than I expected! I cut it in half and there was a lot o gold before the green - a good sign, I think? It is not irritating and in fact can be quite soothing. I used it to wash myself after a nasty sunburn (6 hours hiking in Southern California sun, without sunscreen. Totally my fault) and it felt good in my skin. The scent is very mild. I would not call it offensive but I would not buy it for the scent, either. This will last a very long time but I look forward to repurchasing in the future!

This exquisite soap has a high percentage of Laurel Oil, a key ingredient for keeping your skin both healthy and clean. Olive Oil is also providing the moisturizing needed. After using this soap the skin is left lightly scented and soft. Moreover, the bar is very well dried and has a long life while providing a rich lather. I do recommend this soap!

I really liked the feel of this soap on the skin and liked the results after using it to shampoo my hair as well. It has a mild, earthy scent with slightly smoky notes that is actually quite nice.

Was excited to try this product but I just couldn't take the smell. will save for emergency soap!

Excellent savon d’alep. Reçu très rapidement. Personnellement j’apprécie l’odeur d’huile d’olive et de laurier de ce savon. Je l’utilise pour la toilette, ayant une peau fragile.

Ottimo sapone. Attualmente l'ho utilizzato soltanto per creare uno shampoo fatto in casa seguendo una ricetta trovata in Rete, che prevedeva appunto un sapone al 25% di olio di alloro. Il sapone (io ne ho usato 1/4) si taglia abbastanza facilmente e, ridotto in scaglie, si scioglie in maniera mediamente veloce. Il risultato è stato uno shampoo cremoso e fluido, a cui ho aggiunto degli oli essenziali di limone e arancio dolce, sia per lenire un poco il forte odore di olio, sia per le loro proprietà benefiche. I capelli sono risultati puliti, morbidi e idratati. Cercherò qualche ricetta per un bel bagnoschiuma home made con questo sapone! La consegna è avvenuta nei tempi previsti e l'imballaggio era adeguato. Il prezzo, per la qualità del prodotto, è accessibile. Sicuramente consiglio il prodotto.

Hola,de momento lo poco que lo he usado muy bien deja la piel suave aunque todavia tengo que comprobar el acne y las ezcemas tiene un aroma peculiar,estoy contenta de la compra aunque es un pelin caro.

Une très belle découverte, un savon idéal pour le respect de la nature et le bien-être du corps, et de la santé...A essayé absolument...
