I was super hesitant to buy this (despite it being relatively cheap) based on some of the reviews. My only complaint is that the one I received was obviously opened/poorly packaged. As far as the shower cap goes for itself, it’s great. Cute pattern, works as it should. I’ve had no issues with mold or it cutting into my skin. It is a little small, so if you have a lot of hair, it’s probably not going to be the best choice… but like all showed caps it stretches out in time. Not brand for the price, and nicer than some I’ve had in the past.

This shower cap is well-made and the perfect size to accommodate clipped up long hair without a lot of baggy excess. The elastic fits snugly around the face and neck so hair stays dry. The cotton lining increases the comfort of the cap and stays dry. What's not to love?

Nice cap, decent material, water resistant enough (can't speak to the mold issue others seem to be having because I've only had it a week or two but I wash caps like these frequently so I can't imagine it would be a long term issue... anyhooooo) cute print BUT... not big enough if you have a lot of hair. I have locs and they're about shoulder length. If i put them in a low ponytail (which i often do and it's the only way they'll fit) they don't fit under this cap and most of my edges and some tips of my locs get wet. I end up using a terry cloth headband to cover the exposed areas. If you dont have a lot of hair or a small head this is great. If you just want to use it for non-water activities, its a great price and cute solution. If you want to keep ALL your hair dry in the shower, keep looking and let me know when you find it so i can get one too!

I purchased this shower cap because it has a cotton lining. I am allergic to polyester. I have used the shower cap a few times and so far, so good. My hair stays in place and does not get wet.

I got this product because it was eco-friendly, and I only needed one. (A lot of other products came in groups of two or more.) I have fine, blonde, chin-length hair. The plastic on the outside keeps the water out and the fabric inside is soft, but the plastic extends around the elastic band and so it digs into your skin and it leaves a red mark on my forehead every time. Obviously, that mark goes away after a little while, but it's not comfortable. Also, because the thick plastic is around the elastic band, it doesn't really seal, so water still gets on my baby hairs along my hairline and back of my neck. It's easy for small, fine hairs to poke out and they'll get wet. I'm still using the product, so it's not bad enough that I wanted to throw it away and buy a different one, but I would look elsewhere before buying this one.

Works great and just the right size for adult head with long hair coverage.

DO NOT BUY! This was a terrible purchase, and a terrible customer service experience from beginning to end. I purchased the EcoTools Cruelty-Free and Eco-Friendly Shower Cap on September 25, and by November 25, I noticed that there were spots of black mold growing inside on the lining (see pics). I was disgusted, realizing that I’d been unknowingly putting mold on my head every time I took a shower. (Ew.) I’ve never seen this before on any of the previous shower caps I’ve owned, and I’ve owned quite a few shower caps in my day. I contacted EcoTools through their website, and their customer service representative told me: “Our shower caps are intended to be replaced every one to three months for hygienic reasons.” It is not indicated anywhere in the product description that this shower cap would only last me 1-3 months; had I known this, I would have bought from another brand. I got EcoTools to send me a new shower cap to replace the moldy one, but when that package was stolen off my front porch, EcoTools’ customer service said it wasn’t their problem, and that I should contact my local law enforcement to try and get my package back. (??!) So now I am out of a shower cap. Based on the quality of the product (only good for 1-3 months) and the customer service (couldn’t care less), I would advise Amazon customers AGAINST buying this product. Hope this helps!

Good design, lining is clever and plenty of room for long hair. Elastic is nice and firm but not too tight.

This is a fantastic shower cap. It is tight and keeps all the water out but is still very comfortable and it has a satin lining on the inside. This is a must buy!

The cap is just made of ordinary plastic and the seize is too small for an adult woman to use.

Bought for my daughter who loved it. Soft to the touch and very comfortable to wear. Excellent

Been using this product for a few weeks. It is well designed and comes with a cotton like lining on the inside. Good for people with big hair... and for the first time ever, it was a little too big for me. Would've given it a 5 star rating if it had been a little less loose.
