Simple Solution Pet Carpet Freshener with Enzymatic Cleaning Granules - 500g

My second or third purchase of this product. Brilliant. Doesn’t disappoint. It has a fairly strong but not unpleasant scent. It’s a very fine powder that is easily distributed. I used this on my carpet after I wet cleaned it and there was a musty after smell. - left for an hour then hoovered and it completely absorbed the smell and there was literally no odour at all. Be sure that your carpet is completely dry before use though. I also used this on a heavy winter duvet that I had stored in my loft - I sprinkled this product on it, folded and sprinkled again then left it overnight and the slightly musky stale smell was completely gone. If you do this, make sure you remove all powder before use. It’s great. It doesn’t mask smells or odours, it eliminates them pretty much completely. Leaves a fairly pleasant smell which does fade but it’s not the scent that matters, it’s the eradication of odours that matter and this product does that and quickly. Highly recommend and I’m ordering another today.

I love this stuff, always helps to sprinkle on and leave for a little bit, then hoover up. Smells nice and fresh. Only downside is needing to clean out the hoover, as it is like clearing out dust, so must make sure to do this outside. I find this powder a million times better than the others, as they do not help combat pet smells, where as this does and lasts a while also.

I used this because I have a small dog that thinks it is OK to ocassionally use the carpet as a place to toilet! I also use another product to to clean the area first, but with 2 dogs, I still find the house smells doggy! I put this on the lounge carpet and brushed it in, with a particular focus on areas the dog goes. I left it for a few hours before hoovering it up. It did leave a lovely smell for quite sime time. I am not convinced yet it is stopping my small dog going back to the same place, but that might be habit. It has definitely freshened the lounge. Downside, it is only a small tub and it was all gone on part of the lounge carpet. I was probably too liberal with it, using it a bit like a shake in vac product, and perhaps should have only used it in the specific areas my dog goes to fowl.

This is brilliant. We have a foster rescue puppy who has never been housetrained so needed something that would freshen the carpets after we used the carpet cleaner on them. This left the whole house smelling lovely and fresh. It was so good I just ordered another.

I tried this pet carpet freshener and it was okay overall. The scent was a bit too synthetic for my liking and slightly overpowering at first, although it did leave the carpet smelling cleaner once it settled. It did help freshen up the room, but I found it quite heavy to hoover up afterwards. It seemed to cling to the carpet more than expected, which made vacuuming take longer. Not terrible, but not my favourite. It works, just be aware the smell is quite artificial and it can be a bit harder to vacuum away.

Love this product, I have 2 dogs and have gone through so many rugs as smell hangs around. I sprinkle this on and leave it and my house smells clean and fresh. I dont bother to hoover once I leave it. A quality product and last ages as you do not need much

I tried the large liquid enzyme cleaner from the same brand, where I saturated the area that my dog had urinated, left for a while, then removed any excess liquid, as per instructions. Unfortunately, this didn't seem to work, despite the large amount of liquid used (it took days for my rug to dry!). I then used Vanish carpet cleaning powder, which did help to clean/refresh the rug itself. However, it didn't help with the residual smell. I was therefore rather doubtful that this would make any difference. But it actually did! I sprinkled generously on the area, used a glower to massage the product in. Then sprinkled another layer and left for 10-15mins. The product hoovered up well and looks refreshed. The area really smells of the product, so hard to say whether the urine smell has completely gone. But so far, so good! And I have most of the product left to try again, if need be,

I was recommended this item and have previously used this manufacturers liquid quite successfully. It works as well and is as easy to use as any other carpet deoderant. I've been happy with it and it's results.

Super Produkt! Ich benutze es nicht gegen Flecken sondern eher gegen den typischen Hundegeruch im Teppich. Im Büro, Wohnzimmer und Flur, alles riecht nach Frühling. Ich habe das Produkt vor 2 Wochen im Büro getestet und es riecht bis heute noch danach. Tipptopp! 👍
