Great for toasties.
Excellent for so many things, I initially purchased to replace a bulky toastie machine I gave to my son. This little machine does perfect toasties, but the best part is it is so slim making it easy to fit away in a cupboard. Just a quick wipe to clean. Great buy 100 percent recommend.

Great investment for apartment/solo living.
Great value. Compact size and black colour. Great for small living space. Very handy for 1 person. Cooks bacon perfectly tastes great. Great for toasties! Great quality product. Easy too clean.

small but great
Pretty compact but just right for a couple of burgers, chicken breast fillets, salmon pieces etc. - exactly what I wanted! No temperature adjustment but I haven't found it too hot when grilling any of the above whereas larger grills were too fierce for small cuts as above. It would be unsuitable for larger amounts.

When they say small they mean SMALL lol
This George Foreman is small. The listing gives the dimensions. I knew how big it was going to be before I ordered it. I just didn’t realise how small small actually was. There is room to cook two rashers of bacon side by side but… the bacon was longer than the grill so had to grill the rashers folded in half. The small George Foreman had no problem grilling them. What I like.. It’s compact, it’s healthy, it’s quick. It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s really easy to clean, I just use a wet cloth on the plates then use kitchen towel to dry them. The grilled food tastes delicious and has less fat ‘cause it drains into the drip tray. It has no manual temperature control which is good for me ‘cause I wouldn’t know what to set it at. What I dislike.. I don’t dislike anything about this small George Foreman. Am I glad I bought it even though it’s small? Yes I am. For me personally, the next size up would be too big. I’d be heating plate space that I wouldn’t be using. It is worth what I paid for it.

Grill
Value for money. Anyone living on a Narrowboat - hooked up to the mains works a treat. Using 6 marine batteries - solar panels & mains. Cooks well - drains the fat off easily. Easy to use & clean - should come with a warning though as we now make even more amazing home cooked food all thanks to this little gem.

Small compact and does what it’s supposed to do.
I find it a tad too small. It’s a fine piece of a kitchen appliance. Two or three at most of slices of bacon or two small burgers and it’s full.

Bisher (gestern bekommen und bisher 3 Sandwiches gemacht) bin ich sehr angetan! Ich muss zugeben, ich hatte vorher schon 5 andere Sandwichmaker/Kontaktgrills bestellt und alle entweder enttäuscht (schlechtes Material, bereits beschädigt) oder gar angeekelt (Qualm und Gestank, der einfach nicht verschwinden wollte) zurück gesendet. Dieser Grill ist anders, den werde ich behalten 👍😃 Er kam in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an. Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme gab es keine Qualmentwicklung, obwohl sogar in der Gebrauchsanleitung davor gewarnt wird, dass es passieren kann. Es gab lediglich einen leichten Neu-Geruch, der aber nach 10 Minuten verschwunden war. Der Grill macht insgesamt einen wertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Mir gefällt, dass er Kontrollleuchten hat und sogar einen Ein/Aus-Schalter, was in der Preisklasse wirklich selten ist. Nun zu den Sandwiches. Sehr gleichmäßig gebräunt und sehr schmackhaft. Selbst das erste hatte keinen üblen Neu-Geruch oder Geschmack. Vom Hersteller aus gibt es 2 Jahre Garantie, die durch Produktregistrierung auf 3 Jahre verlängert werden kann. Er ist schon relativ klein. Da es nirgends steht und ich es auch mit Google nicht finden konnte … die Netto-Größe der Grillfläche ist nur ca. 16,5 x 16cm groß. So, jetzt freue ich mich auf mein erstes Steak und werde dann noch mal ein Update schreiben.

Hat sich gelohnt
Also, für 30€ hat das Ding sich absolut gelohnt. Seit anderthalb Jahren regelmäßig im Einsatz. Hauptsächlich, um Brötchen usw. zu rösten, aber auch für Grillgemüse. Einfach zu reinigen und die Beschichtung hält noch.

Wrong electric plug
This was shipped from the United Kingdom (England) so I could not plug it into an Australian 240V AC power outlet. Now I have to take it to the Post Office to send it back for a credit. How Amazon overlooked this problem is beyond me. Maybe because it is NOT rocket science?
