This is a great item at a great price.This device transmits and receives Bluetooth signals. The connection is quick and easy.When transmitting there is no lag in sound. (We use it in our bedroom for “surround sound”. It also will connect to 2 separate devices at the same time.We recently used the receiver feature in an older car that usually my wife has to plug in her phone to the AUX jack to listen to her music. But with this device you can receive Bluetooth signals from your phone without it (your phone) having to be plugged into your Car so it’s more hands free.The range is good too. I was able to take a speaker from our bedroom into our kitchen and listen to music from the bedroom TV in the kitchen.I haven’t had this device for long so I can’t tell you about the longevity of it but it works great and holds a good charge. It also has some cables included that only enhance its features.I HIGHLY recommend this product!

I needed a device that could send and receive audio with little to no discernible audio lag. My research indicated that only devices that contain an actual Qualcom AptX chip in them could actually deliver the goods. This brand not only hit all the marks but was also the best value. I purchased two of them. My experience is as follows. When using one device as bluetooth transmitter connected from my tv to a bluetooth speaker. There is very slight audio delay (like a shallow reverb), this could be decreased to only slightly noticeable (maybe 25-35ms) when using a higher quality bluetooth speaker, such as my JBL speaker. With other lesser quality bluetooth speakers the audio delay increased slightly. When connecting two of these devices to each other, transmitter from TV to receiver directly connected to speaker with aux connection, the AptX chips really worked incredibly well synced to each other. Watching the TV persons lips move and hearing the audio from remote speaker was basically 99.9% perfect. If you had the TVs speakers cranked and the bluetooth speak at the same time, you could just hear an almost imperceptible reverb of the audio delay around 10-20ms. That is great. finally! Would buy again.

bluetooth is not working on some speakers

I suffer from hearing loss and I needed to add Bluetooth to my older model Samsung flat screen TV so that I could quietly listen to TV using a Bluetooth headset without disturbing my wife. After reading numerous positive reviews for this item on Amazon, I decided to purchase the SONRU Bluetooth 5.0 2-in-1 Transmitter and Receiver. I am pleased to announce that that not only is it available at a great price, but it has performed flawlessly for me. The connection is quick and easy; moreover, when transmitting there is no sound lag. The range is excellent and I am able to wear a Bluetooth headset throughout my house. I HIGHLY recommend the SONRU Bluetooth 5.0 2-in-1 Transmitter and Receiver!

works good , connected easy on Blue tooth, sound is very good, so far used 4 hr straight , no issues, cant comment on 8 hr battery life yetUpdate February 2021bought in September, worked great till February 2021, now works good for 2 hr , then only works on L ear, R ear no sound, after charging , both ears work for 2 hr , so battery life is not good , otherwise works good

Couldn't sync this Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver unit with my Peloton. Not sure why. The directions provided by the manufacturer were subpar. I plan to leave the same review for them directly. This was a very disappointing experience.

Needed a Bluetooth transmitter to connect my projector and my Casio Privia keyboard to my surround sound receiver. The device works just as advertised with little lag and no hiccups. A bonus add on is that it could work as a Bluetooth receiver if needed. Initially I've experienced a problem discovering the device, but moving it within few feet from the digital receiver solved the discovery problem. Once paired with the receiver the device works at longer distances, even from the next room. I am very happy with the purchase and will highly recommend it.

Product worked great for two months, then it started to have problems connecting and staying connected.When it worked, it worked great, but now, it's useless, very unhappy.Sound quality was good, battery life was never that great.Update: now it's totally worthless (6 months after purchase) it charges intermittently and connection lasts only seconds. Throwing it away. I recommend a direct connection instead of trying to Bluetooth it.
