The fit was great nice and tight.

Replaced an original Viking knob and looks and functions like the original for a fraction of the cost of the OEM. Be certain you select the knobs with the correct female end as Viking changes the type of stern they use.

My Viking replacement temp bake knob will be returned. It was just delivered today 8/24/25 The knob goes as far as 350 to the right. Then you must switch & go left to go past 350. You can not turn the dial to go all the way as a correct knob should work. Also, no broil, nor clean markings on the knob. It is definitely not a genuine Viking knob…made in China! Dissatisfied to say the least. FRUSTRATING!!! & inconvenient to return

First I literally hesitated to buy it and just ordered one. I received it the look very closely to the original. I ordered another.

In a world of constant, unending change and unrelenting catastrophe, there comes a time when we must ask ourselves what we stand for. What are we willing to stake our lives on? What are the value systems that can absorb the shock of an ever-changing geopolitical landscape, but do not give way? In the absence of an answer to these questions, there is always the deadening force of capitalist acquisition. In this case, a bake knob. I guess it's a bake knob. It seems to work.

I really wanted a set of white knobs to replace the worn ones we had. Black seemed to be the only reasonable alternative. This knobs is easy to read and the markings are accurate enough. Unfortunately it does NOT mark the "Broil" position beyond the 500 mark. We've had the stove long enough we'll remember the Broil, but others may not.

My old oven knob on my 16-year-old Viking range was showing its age, with some of the temperatures rubbed off on the center of the dial. I thought I'd spruce it up with a new dial. Expensive, but it fits perfectly and makes the range look like new. Unfortunately the other four burner knobs will also need replacement soon, and I'm not looking forward to shelling out $200 to purchase new ones, but they really do make a difference to the appearance of the range. The burner rims also need to be replaced, but they are exorbitantly expensive as well, so that won't happen for awhile. Too bad these accessory parts are so pricey - this range is a real workhorse and still working well (with a few minor service calls when we bought our condo 7 years ago).
