How small is the tip? I need it for my cat lol

Its small enough for a toddlers nose and ears. I bought a 3 pack use them for multi purpose. Have used to feed baby kitten 😺 and a baby 🐿️. I also use in my ears to suck water out first perfect.

Is this made of rubber?
