Substituted the blueberry stick pack with water for my normal matcha, green tea morning drink. The energy buzz came on a little quicker and more intense than the green tea, matcha mix but sustained just as well. I also usually take nootropics and found that this product gave me the same level of focus. I am quite caffeine sensitive and will likely use on alternate days with my usual beverage, though I did not feel jittery like I do if I have too much caffeine. Overall, the product performed as advertised for me. It also did not make me feel over stimulated like some energy drinks I have tried in the past.

It definitely bumps up the alertness in a non jittery way. However ive had their canned drinks and they all taste much better than this powder. There are only 15 servings in the box which is $2 per drink. Cheaper than coffee

Excellent product it works really well zero false advertisement the only concern is the price however once something is truly good and truly helpful it is truly priceless isn’t it? Try it out I’m gonna regret it
