Cuts Cravings and Sugar Headaches
For as long as I can remember, I have been at the mercy of food. On one memorable occasion, I was halfway through a cupcake when I realized that I had no recollection of picking it up or deciding to eat it. Food was an addiction, and though sugary foods gave me headaches and nausea I couldn't stop eating them.
